Automation Specialist

Overview:

We are looking to hire an experienced automation specialist on a monthly basis to manage and build workflows for our clients’ businesses using GoHighLevel (GHL) and n8n.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage CRM pipelines, custom fields, tags, and smart lists in GHL.
• Build automations such as missed call → SMS, chatbots (IG/FB), review follow-ups, and campaigns.
• Connect GHL with n8n for advanced workflows, logging, and alerts.
• Maintain and optimize automation systems to ensure reliability.
• Provide reporting and insights on workflow performance.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and automations.
• Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.
• Ability to design, test, and document end-to-end processes.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Engagement:

• Monthly retainer basis.
• Remote work.
