Business Development Representative (BDR) – USA Muslim Charity Market

We’re now expanding into the USA market and beyond — and we’re looking for a driven, connected, and persuasive Business Development Representative to make it happen.

So what are we looking for?
● You have a strong network of decision-makers in the Muslim charity/nonprofit sector ● You’ve worked with multiple charities before and understand the landscape
● You are extroverted, well-spoken, and a natural people connector
● You can open doors, get into rooms, and build trust fast
● You are confident with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
● You are experienced at attending events, forums, and conferences to build relationships

The Basics
● Full-time (Flexible hours)
● Based in the USA but fully remote (we will provide a coworking space in your local area)
● Travel may be required to Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Kuwait occasionally
● 2 Month probationary period
● Competitive salary + commission (performance-based)

About The Role

Networking & Events
● Leverage your existing network to secure introductions and meetings
● Attend international events, forums, and conferences to generate leads
● Travel to Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, and Kuwait for relationship-building

Lead Generation & Outreach
● Drive CerealBox into the USA charity market as the main priority
● Research and prospect new charity/nonprofit clients
● Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls (with the help of a Sales Executive)
● Create and post engaging LinkedIn content to position yourself and CerealBox as thought leaders (wil be supported with a VA)

Sales & Conversions
● Book meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, Trustees, Fundraising Managers)
● Build relationships that lead to signed contracts
● Hit and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and revenue
● Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
