About Collective Continuum
Collective Continuum is a venture philanthropy firm resourcing 1,000 global ventures in five years. We operate at the intersection of faith, innovation, and systems transformation, building an ecosystem of Members who co-create meaningful capital flows across borders. We’re not building “a product.” We’re building an operating system for mission.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of tools that power how we work. Community platforms, capital flow dashboards, venture discovery interfaces, and Member experiences.
You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, brand, and operations to turn complex needs into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. You’ll guide product discovery, shape our roadmap, and ship features that make a measurable difference in how Members support ventures.
This is a builder role. You’ll hold both the vision and the execution. You’ll make trade-offs, write specs, drive development, and stay close to users.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for our digital tools, from ideation to locking it.
- Translate user insights and org strategy into clear requirements and use cases
- Write product briefs, specs, and user stories with clarity and precision
- Coordinate sprints across design, engineering, and stakeholder teams
- Facilitate co-design sessions with Members and internal users
- Measure product performance using both engagement and impact metrics
- Ensure accessibility, ethics, and cultural nuance are present in every product decision
- Manage documentation and product workflows in tools like Notion and ClickUp
What You’ll Need
- 4–6 years of experience in product management (preferably in mission-driven or ecosystem orgs)
- Strong grasp of systems thinking and how to work across complexity
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines: design, tech, ops, and growth
- Comfortable working across tools like Figma, Notion, GSuite, and low-code platforms
- Clear communicator, fast executor, and grounded decision-maker
- Experience with communities, marketplaces, or funder-facing platforms
- Familiarity with inclusive design and faith-rooted tech ethics
