To scale this mission, we are seeking a Project Manager - Community & Volunteers, to design, coordinate, and grow our global volunteer and ambassador program. You will be the bridge between our community and our operations, ensuring people feel engaged, supported, and empowered to contribute to our mission.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the Volunteer & Ambassador Program, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and retention
• Design and manage activation loops that deepen volunteer participation and impact
• Track program success with clear metrics and storytelling of volunteer contributions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate volunteers into events, campaigns, and venture activities
• Maintain systems (ClickUp, Notion, CRM) for program management and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in program, community, or project management (nonprofit, startup, or global org)
• Experience in volunteer management, engagement design, or ambassador programs
• Proficiency in ClickUp or equivalent project management tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and geographies
• Passion for building community around faith-rooted innovation
