We collaborate across healthcare, food, AI, and enterprise technologies, with an ambitious goal of doubling our portfolio annually and reaching 100+ startups in the next 7 years.
Role Summary
We are seeking a VP of Operations to architect the operational foundations of Elysiuum. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll transform visionary strategy into repeatable systems that power the launch and growth of multiple startups simultaneously. This role is for a builder. Someone who thrives in high-velocity environments and knows how to scale people, processes, and portfolio companies.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee operations across 5–6 concurrent portfolio launches.
- Build systems that translate founder vision into 90-day execution plans.
- Design performance frameworks that keep teams moving fast without burnout.
- Develop and manage our Implementation Manager pipeline — hiring, training, and scaling talent.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic studio initiatives, dashboards, and portfolio health metrics.
- Create seamless client and founder transitions post-launch.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in startup operations, venture studios, accelerators, or VC environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple zero-to-one launches across industries.
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes (efficiency gains, revenue growth, portfolio scale).
- Ability to translate high-level vision into detailed operational roadmaps.
- Strong leadership in recruiting and scaling high-performing teams.
- Bonus: prior role in a venture studio, accelerator, or unicorn-track startup.
